Suggested Use: 4 capsules daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, take 2 capsules with 8 ounces (237ml) of water before breakfast and again before dinner. This product should be used in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program.

The main ingredients both pregnant and breastfeeding ladies should avoid are Vitamin A and its derivatives (Retinol, retinoic acid, etc), some strong hyperpigmentation ingredients, and a lot of the nasties we don’t use like parabens and phthalates!
